Private chauffeur
at Orly.

Book & Smile coordinates private chauffeurs at Paris-Orly for arrivals and departures: the flight is followed, the pick-up adjusted, the chauffeur waits at arrivals with a name sign and helps with luggage. Orly is the closer airport for the Left Bank, the 7th, Saint-Germain, Montparnasse and the south-west of Paris — and the usual gateway for flights from the French regions, Southern Europe, North Africa and several Middle Eastern and Latin American routes.

Orly sits 13 km south of Paris, with terminals numbered 1 to 4 in a single connected building. Journey times to the Left Bank are often 25 to 40 minutes — shorter than from CDG — but the A6 and the périphérique can double that at peak hours.

Visitors often assume Orly is 'the small airport' and under-plan it: terminals were renumbered in 2019, the meeting points differ between Orly 1-2 and Orly 3-4, and the Saturday-morning departures to the south fill the forecourt. A chauffeur who does not know which Orly you are using is already late.

What if your arrival at Orly were simply confirmed in writing — terminal, meeting point, chauffeur's name — by the person who also booked tonight's table?

What we coordinate

  • Arrivals — flight followed, pick-up adjusted, chauffeur at the arrivals exit of Orly 1-2 or Orly 3-4 with a name sign, luggage to the vehicle
  • Departures — pick-up timed to your terminal and the morning's traffic on the A6 and the périphérique
  • Left Bank and central Paris transfers — Saint-Germain, the 7th, Montparnasse, the 16th and the Marais, direct to hotel or residence
  • Connections — Orly to CDG or Le Bourget for onward flights, timed to the second departure
  • Regional and Mediterranean arrivals — Nice, Marseille, Toulouse, Lisbon, Madrid, Rome, Marrakech, Tel Aviv and the Gulf routes that use Orly
  • Families and private clients — child seats on request, larger vehicles, the same chauffeur for the return

Orly, practically

Orly's four terminals form one building: Orly 1 and 2 at the western end, Orly 3 in the centre, Orly 4 to the east. Each pair has its own arrivals level and kerb, so the chauffeur's position depends on your terminal, which we confirm from the flight number. The airport is closed to flights overnight, so very early departures and late arrivals follow a tighter schedule than at CDG — we plan pick-ups with that in mind.

From Orly, the Left Bank is close: Montparnasse and Saint-Germain in 25 to 35 minutes outside peak hours, the 8th and the Right Bank in 35 to 50. On Friday evenings and Sunday evenings, allow more.

Who arrives at Orly

Clients coming from the French regions, the Riviera, Southern Europe and North Africa; families returning from a weekend in the south; executives on domestic connections; and a growing share of long-haul routes. For many of our Left Bank residents, Orly is simply their airport — and the Sunday-evening pick-up is part of the file.

What we do not promise

We do not provide airside or baggage-hall assistance, which is the airport's and airlines' role. We coordinate the car, its timing and the chauffeur's briefing, and we remain your point of contact if anything changes.

FAQ

Where does the chauffeur wait at Orly?

At the arrivals exit of Orly 1-2 or Orly 3-4, with a name sign. The exact point is confirmed in writing the day before from your flight number.

How long from Orly to Saint-Germain or the 7th?

Typically 25 to 40 minutes outside peak hours; longer on Friday and Sunday evenings. We recommend a departure time for your flight.

Is Orly better than CDG for my stay?

If your route serves both, Orly is usually quicker for the Left Bank and the south-west; CDG for the north and east. We are happy to advise before you book flights.

Do you own the vehicles?

No. Book & Smile coordinates professional partner chauffeurs and remains your single point of contact — booking, timing, changes, follow-up. You never deal with the chauffeur company directly unless you wish to.

What happens if my flight or train is late?

Pick-up times are adjusted to the actual arrival. We follow flight and train schedules and brief the chauffeur; you do not need to call anyone.

Is the service bookable online?

No. Transportation is arranged by message or call through your concierge, as part of a wider request or on its own. Terms are set in a private consultation.
