Book & Smile exists for one reason: international clients in France need one person they can trust completely — not a marketplace, not a call centre, not an app.
The house was founded by Michel Zollo, a bilingual professional trained in visa administration and formerly of INSEAD's administrative staff in Fontainebleau. Years of serving international executives, diplomats and families taught one lesson: what clients value most is not a service catalogue. It is the certainty that when they ask, it is handled.
The desk deliberately serves a limited number of members. Every engagement is personal, every request is owned end to end, and discretion is the operating norm — with NDAs signed by default for any client who requests them.
