Paris Fashion Week · Tables
Tables during Fashion Week,
held before the week begins.
During Paris Fashion Week, the restaurants everyone wants are fully booked one to two weeks before the first show, and the no-show culture of the week makes houses protective of their tables. Book & Smile reserves for the whole week — lunch near the venues, dinner near your hotel or the after-hours programme — in our name and yours, cancels properly, and re-books when the agenda moves. The realistic lead time: two weeks for most, four for the handful of tables Paris fights over.
The 8th, the 1st and the Marais host most shows; the restaurants around them are booked by houses, PR agencies and hotels weeks ahead.
Booking platforms show nothing available; the hotel concierge gets one table; your dinner for eight at 21:30 after the last show is the hardest booking of the season.
What if the tables were the one thing you did not have to think about?
How we handle tables
- Week plan — lunch and dinner slots matched to your agenda and venues, with realistic travel time
- Priority requests through relationships, not platforms; we book in two names when helpful
- Late tables — the 21:30 and 22:30 dinners after the last show, the 23:00 plates
- Private rooms and long tables for teams and client dinners
- Dietary, seating and privacy preferences briefed to the house before you arrive
- Proper cancellations and re-bookings when the agenda changes — so you stay welcome next season

How far ahead should I book for Fashion Week?
Two weeks for most good tables, four weeks for the ten or so restaurants Paris fights over, and the day itself for a realistic set of very good alternatives we keep for members.
Which areas should I dine in during the shows?
Lunch near the venues — the 8th, the 1st, the 3rd and the 16th — and dinner near your hotel or the evening programme; we build the plan around your agenda rather than the other way round.
When should I brief you?
Six to eight weeks before the week for houses, hotels and the tables that book out first; two weeks for a reduced programme; we also take last-minute requests during the week itself, every day, 8:00–22:00 Paris time and 24/7 for members.
How discreet are you?
One dedicated contact, NDA on request, your name mentioned only where you want it. We do not photograph, post or name clients.
