Book & Smile is a Paris Fashion Week concierge for international guests, fashion brands and creators: one dedicated bilingual contact who builds and runs your week — agenda, RSVPs, presentations and showroom appointments, hotels, drivers, tables and the changes that happen every hour. We are based in Paris all year, open every day, and we tell you plainly what can and cannot be arranged.
Twice a year, for nine days, Paris runs its most closed programme: shows by invitation, presentations by appointment, tables held for known names, traffic that turns a ten-minute ride into forty.
Most guests arrive with a calendar and no one on the ground. The calendar changes daily; the hotel concierge stops at the door; the agency that sold a 'VIP package' is not in Paris on Tuesday at 23:00 when the dinner moves.

Can you get me into the runway shows?
Runway shows of the major houses are invitation-only and cannot be bought — anyone selling them should be avoided. We work through your existing client relationships with the houses to request guest-list placement, and we secure the accessible programme: presentations, showroom appointments, previews, dinners and the independent shows open to the right introduction.
Which weeks do you cover?
Womenswear (late September–early October and late February–March), Menswear (January and June) and Haute Couture (January and July). We also cover the trade shows and off-calendar presentations around them.
When should I brief you?
Six to eight weeks before the week for houses, hotels and the tables that book out first; two weeks for a reduced programme; we also take last-minute requests during the week itself, every day, 8:00–22:00 Paris time and 24/7 for members.
How discreet are you?
One dedicated contact, NDA on request, your name mentioned only where you want it. We do not photograph, post or name clients.
