Our work is not decomposed into services. It unfolds as a single fabric — three attentions held simultaneously, by the same hand.
We prepare the rental application for the most considered addresses of the 7th, 8th and 16th. Clients contract directly with landlords or licensed agencies (carte T).
The fluidity of a Parisian residence rests on an invisible trio. We accompany their recruitment and integration with the care a long-lived home deserves.
No name, no logo, no commercial reference. The relationship is framed by an NDA signed before the first exchange. Your affairs never become our references.

Listen
A private call. We listen to the life you are extending into Paris — your family, your calendar, what matters most to you. No mandate opens before that conversation has taken place.
Anticipate
Several weeks before you arrive, we quietly put in place what deserves it — the apartment, the introductions, the first appointments. When you land, Paris is waiting.
Attend
