The House · Legal expertise

Legal Expertise & Compliance.Every file, framed by a partner law firm.

A Paris relocation is neither an administrative act nor an agency engagement. It is a legal act. The house has always operated alongside a restricted network of partner law firms, mobilised case by case according to the nature of the file.

I · The Principle

Law as a framework, not as an exception.

A relocation file simultaneously engages four regimes: immigration, taxation, patrimonial structuring and labour law. No single interlocutor covers them all. The house orchestrates. The law firms decide.

For every mandate, we map the legal regimes engaged before the first appointment. A passeport talent and a carte spéciale do not mobilise the same lawyers. A family with a foreign trust does not require the same tax counsel as an executive relocating under a French employment contract.

Our role is to sequence, coordinate and hold the calendar. Legal expertise remains in the hands of the firms we engage on your behalf — never subcontracted, never diluted.

This architecture protects your file from operational drift. It also preserves attorney-client privilege, which a generalist service provider cannot guarantee.

III · The Method

Frame. Mobilise. Hold.

Three moments. One house responsible for the calendar — three firms responsible for the substance.

  1. 01

    Frame

    Preliminary audit.

Before any mandate opens, we map the legal architecture of your situation. Firms required, regulatory calendar, prefectural and fiscal milestones.

  2. 02

    Mobilise

    Named engagement.

The firms are engaged in your name, under a mandate distinct from ours. We remain the guardians of the calendar; they remain the guardians of the law. No role confusion.

  3. 03

    Hold

    Continuous stewardship.

Monthly coordination call between us, the engaged firms and your representative — your family office, your general counsel, your usual tax advisor. No document moves without your explicit authorisation.

Engaging the partner firms happens only by referral or private introduction. The initial conversation is strictly confidential.
