Working with the assistant at headquarters

Most of our requests come from executive assistants and chiefs of staff in London, New York, Dubai or Singapore. We work the way they do: a shared agenda, a single confirmation back with names, times and numbers, and immediate notice when anything in Paris changes. During the trip we are the local line for both the assistant and the executive — so that neither has to call a hotel desk or a chauffeur company in French.

We are not a travel agency and do not issue air tickets; your travel management company does that better. We are not a meeting-room marketplace or a chauffeur company. We are the person on the ground who makes those bookings work together — and who handles what no booking covers.
