How a restaurant concierge actually works in Paris
Most requests begin with a short conversation: who is dining, the occasion, the neighbourhood you prefer, the cuisine you do not. From there we propose two or three addresses — not twenty — with an honest view of availability. Once you choose, we make the request in French, in our name or yours, and confirm back in writing with the exact time and any house rules.
For dates that are already full, we do what a good hotel concierge used to do and few still have time for: we ask again, politely, at the right hour; we watch for cancellations; and we prepare a credible alternative so that your evening never depends on a single answer.
What we do not do
We do not sell tables, resell reservations or promise access we cannot obtain. Some restaurants are genuinely full and say so; in that case you hear it from us early, with an alternative of equal standing. Discretion runs both ways: we treat the restaurants we work with as partners, which is why they take our calls.

Can you get a table at a fully booked restaurant?
Sometimes — through timing, relationships and cancellations. We never guarantee it. If a table is not realistic, we say so early and propose an alternative of equal standing.
How much notice do you need?
Same-day requests are welcome and often succeed for lunch or late dinner. For the most sought-after addresses, one to three weeks; during Fashion Week, as soon as your dates are known.
Do you charge a fee per reservation?
Restaurant reservations are part of our assistance — one-off or within a membership. Terms are set in a private consultation; we do not resell tables.
Can you arrange a private chef or a private room?
