Your personal assistant in Paris,
for clients from the United Arab Emirates.

Book & Smile is the personal assistant Emirati clients rely on in Paris: one trusted, bilingual person who handles the summer season in Paris, residences opened and staffed before arrival, private medical appointments with Paris specialists, the maisons by appointment and détaxe at departure, halal dining, Ramadan and Eid schedules, and long-stay visas when a stay exceeds 90 days. Open every day, 8:00 to 20:00 Paris time — and 24/7 for members. You ask. We handle it.

Dubai and Abu Dhabi are 2 to 3 hours ahead of Paris. Paris keeps its own hours, its own language and its own paperwork — and none of it waits for you to arrive.

From the United Arab Emirates, every French file — the visa appointment, the bank, the doctor, the school, the préfecture — takes a phone call in French during Paris hours, then a follow-up, then another. The distance turns simple tasks into weeks.

What if one trusted person in Paris carried the whole file for you, in your language, on your schedule?

What we handle for Emirati clients

  • Before you land — visa-free entry confirmed for UAE nationals, long-stay visas handled when a stay exceeds 90 days, documents translated and legalised
  • Arrival and residence — drivers, the residence opened and staffed, suppliers engaged, a French SIM and banking appointment prepared
  • Health — private appointments with Paris specialists and hospitals used to international patients; medical stays coordinated with discretion
  • Family — schooling files, Arabic-speaking contacts when you prefer, household staff recruited and managed properly
  • The Paris you come for — private appointments at the maisons, détaxe at departure, tables and private dining, drivers at every door
  • Faith and rhythm — halal dining options, Ramadan and Eid schedules, an agenda that respects prayer times without being asked twice

Paris for clients from the Emirates

UAE nationals enter the Schengen area visa-free for short stays, so for most Emirati clients the Paris file is not about entry but about everything after it: a residence opened and staffed for the season, drivers who know the family, a bank appointment that succeeds the first time, the specialists and hospitals in Paris that are used to international patients, and the maisons that open private salons by appointment. For stays beyond 90 days, or for family members of other nationalities, we handle the long-stay visa and its French follow-up.

Arabic-speaking contacts are available on request; everything Paris-facing happens in French, and you are updated in writing in English. Dubai and Abu Dhabi are two to three hours ahead of Paris, so a message sent in your morning is handled before Paris finishes breakfast.

Summer, Ramadan and the family calendar

Many Gulf families spend the European summer in Paris, when the city's best addresses are busiest and its own residents away; we hold tables, appointments and drivers before the season starts. During Ramadan, we build the agenda around iftar and prayer times, source halal dining and arrange suhoor without being asked twice; Eid in Paris — gifts, dinners, a day for the children — is planned in advance. We do not advertise what we arrange for whom.

Medical visits to Paris

Paris is a destination for private medical consultations and treatment. We coordinate the practical side with discretion: appointments requested through the right channels, translators where needed, drivers, accommodation for the family, follow-up scheduled before you leave. We are not a medical provider and make no clinical recommendations; we make the visit work.

What we are not

We are not an immigration firm, a property agency or a medical intermediary. We coordinate the professionals you choose and make sure every decision is carried out in Paris, in French.

FAQ

Do you work with clients based in the United Arab Emirates before they arrive in Paris?

Yes. Most Emirati clients brief us from the United Arab Emirates, by WhatsApp or call, weeks before arriving. Visa appointments, documents, banking and the arrival itinerary are prepared so that Paris is operational on day one.

What languages do you work in?

We work in English and French, with Arabic-speaking contacts on request. France is handled in French; you are updated in writing in the language you choose.

What are your hours, given the time difference?

Dubai and Abu Dhabi are 2 to 3 hours ahead of Paris. We are open every day, 8:00 to 20:00 Paris time, for new requests — and 24/7 for members, so an urgent matter is never left to the next morning.

How does the engagement work, and is it discreet?

One-off assistance for a single file, or a monthly membership (Essential, Executive, Private Office) for ongoing support. Terms are agreed in a private consultation. NDA on request; one dedicated point of contact.

Do you have Arabic-speaking contacts?

Yes, on request — for medical appointments, schools, household staff and any situation where you prefer Arabic.

Can you staff and open our Paris residence before we arrive?

Yes. Household staff engaged properly under French rules, suppliers briefed, the residence ready and the first dinner booked before you land.
